    • 494 employees in Taiwan participated in health seminars, with a total of 1,268 hours in 2019.
    • We convene monthly welfare committee meetings to ensure smooth communication channels.
    • We utilize I Voting, an online discussion and voting system, to encourage employees to discuss and vote on the issues of the company's major decisions.

    • Customer satisfaction is regularly surveyed and incorporated into the management test process system as suggestions for improvement. There were 89 global customer complaints in 2019 without major customer complaints.
    • We properly control customer's data, and strictly prohibit data leakage that may cause violation of customer privacy. We did not have any customer personal information leakage in 2019.

    • In 2019, we provided 4 students from Taiwan University of Science and Technology University with a summer internship. Each student has to perform a project task, and a dedicated instructor is assigned to help adapt to the company environment and start work smoothly. The assigned project needs assessment and review. If the project is selected, students can directly obtain pre-offer qualification, which implements the industry-university plan.
